ECDC founded at 12 May 1980. Organization that focuses on the field of learning English and aims to develop hard skills and soft skills. ECDC that a organization based on kinship beetwen elements in organization. Support committee and members in developing their abilities and potential.  

The tagline of ECDC 2022 period is “PROGRESSIVE STEP”. Progressive /noun/ To develop continuously; consistent in the process; keep advancing. Step /verb/ Dare to start and take steps. ECDC have sixth division namely :

3.    Public Relation (PR)

4.    Media and Information (MI)

5.    Fund Raising (FR)

6.    Secretarial and Inventory (SI)

“The realization of a progressive and dynamic organization to develop the ability and potential of the committee and members.”

MISSION :

1.    To optimize the function of the organization as a dynamic learning and discussion space for the development of the ability of the committee and members.

2.    To build and develop a harmonious sense of kinship for every element in the organization.

3.    To become a forum for developing and increasing the potential of committee and members To build and maintain commitment between committee and members in carrying out organizational functions
